The ending was kind of funny. In the last page, she's kind of angry with him, so he offers to give her three (slices of?) cakes and she immediately says "I forgive you" and starts going on about the type of cake (like Mont Blanc), and the guy thinks "SIMPLE GIRL".
...If no one else is interested in translating this (someone probably wants to though), I'll translate this probably sometime in the next three weeks (if you do plan to translate it before that time, could you PM me? So that I can remove it from my to-do list? Thanks).

Edit (Jan 24 2014): Due to me taking a break from translating doujins for like 3 weeks (which I was not expecting to do when I wrote the above [which suggested I would have the translation by like January 5 or so]), among other factors, the date of completion for this by me (assuming no one decides to do it themselves ahead of me) has now been moved to February. When in February, I am not sure. But for sure, it will be in February.
I am very sorry for making all of you wait for the translation of this doujin. I will do my best to translate things as fast as I can (without lose of quality of course) so that I can make up for lost time as best I can.
