I think the key aspect of netorare is the wife/girlfriend choosing the other guy over her husband/boyfriend in the end. And while this story actually has ntr tropes ("he's bigger than my husband", it's implied that the boss makes her pregnant), it is open ended, with no sign that she's willing to leave her husband for the other guy, while still cheating on him. I wish that there'd have been a sequel to this, but it's been 4 years now, so that'll never happen.

Nah, this is more netorare than netori because the audience is obviously suppose to identify with the husband rather than the old fat ugly guy. If you truly identify with the old ugly guy instead then sure, it can be netori; however, few will, not even the real old fat guys.

Like many mention, the blur line here is that she is so stupid that she doesn't feel like she's actually cheating on him. She truly thinks that she's doing out it of love for him, that she is doing nothing wrong, and that she's not hurting or betraying him. Maybe in a part 2 that will never be release, she will completely break and turn it into 100% NTR.
