Discounting 3D modeling using pre-existing resources would be akin to calling photography "premade shit." Like photography: it's the composition that makes the art. Naked chicks with ludicrous tits on an infinite beige background are dull. Look at Ganseki Club or Haneto for inspiration on making "premade shit" interesting.
