Katsurai Yoshiaki is the illustrator of the novel series, but he never releases a doujin for Dakara Boku. He had an NTR doujin for DxD, a drug doujin for Sword Art Online, but no doujin for the very series that he drew illustrations? It is wacky.
But Freezing and Unbalance x 2 doujin were drawn by the very people who did the manga.

It's not wacky but the norm, they tend to never draw full blown parodies of the works they either are the authors of or they borrow the art to, like Yoshiaki for Dekinai.

Well it's about damn time a good Lisara x Ryousuke doujin came along (and with small breasts and good build up to top it off)! Knowing we'd get a doujin like this is honestly the only reason I watched the rather poor anime, and damn it was worth it
