No no no, Nanoha and Fate were talking about how she made a promise with the "fat ugly guy" that she'd marry him in exchange for saving Vivio's life, since Vivio's blood type was "really rare" and he happened to be the only guy at the hospital available to donate that kind of blood. Nanoha goes on to say that her number one wish is for Fate and Vivio to be happy, and if they're happy then she's happy too.

Now that I think about it, wouldn't this mean happy endings all around? lol
