This is not even a Kamen Rider Decade. Urataros is in Kamen Rider Den-O, even a genderbend Urataros is not looking something like this. Just because she had a blue strands of hair, doesn't mean she's cosplaying Urataros.

I know about Urataros possessing Natsumi in episode 14 of Decade. What I'm saying is, this doesn't look anything like that beside of the hair and the glasses. She didn't wear that frilly blue inner shirt and she also doesn't wear any socks like that, in facts, she doesn't wear any socks at all.

Thus, I stand corrected by saying just because she had a blue strands of hair, doesn't mean she cosplaying Urataros.
