All in all I say this isn't bad for a start, though I have noticed one flaw, and it's a consistency thing. First page, top left panel we see Rouge in her usual attire with the heart and all, but in the panel right next to it we see the white trim on the outline of the top of the heart is significantly larger than in the previous panel. One could argue that this is because the back of the heart is pink and the heart has been pulled down and thus been turned inside out a little bit, but then we get to page 2. Top leftmost panel and we see the heart is pink again with a little white trim as per usual appearance and it seems to still be pulled down to about the same place as it was on the previous page, right below her nipples. From there we go to the bottom right panel and we see the chest piece of her outfit is fully white. So coloring consistency is a bit off, otherwise it's great.

Gloryholes aren't always a good theme especially in rule 34. Nice art, but its still not proper.(Try an actual Tails/Rouge or Tails/Rouge/Vanilla combo next time.)
