I have a bad feeling about this.Can someone explain the plot

Your fears are misplaced. From what I can tell: Boy and girl are childhood friends. Girl starts living in guy's house for some reason*; guy has always been watching her (has had feelings for her for a long time); guy begs girl to let him see her naked; things escalate; guy takes girl's virginity and confesses his feelings; they have sex everyday at school and at home; and finally it's revealed that everything went as planned--the situation had been set-up in order to make the guy take action, I believe. Pretty good vanilla.

*edit: I examined page 7 more carefully, the one that explains the situation. The father(?) of the main character says that the girl's father's "group" (probably means business/company) is indebted to him. So the girl will help pay off the debt by working as a servant at their house. The MC's father tells the girl to stay near MC and take care of him for the time being. The girl says "please look after me". So, yeah. The girl becomes MC's servant, which explains why she is so submissive to his orders (besides having feelings for him as well).
