ACE Combat 3: Electrosphere both eloquently and factually proved that if you want something good, move out and go to its country of origin. So if you want cool Japanese ACG stuff, source it in Japan's territory directly instead of on another side of Pacific Ocean.

This is the best scan I can find so far, and seems several pages are missing. If someone has a better scan, I'm begging you to publish it.
