Known as "War and Human" in Japan, this book is the highly prized pack-in bonus material of special edition of ACE Combat: Assault Horizon (only sold in Japan). Contents are detailed concept arts, sketches and many historical information of in-game universe, range from ACE Combat 04: Shattered Skies, ACE Combat 5: The Unsung War to ACE Combat Zero: The Belkan War.

Since many ACE Air Force pilots are upset about Namco Bandai's Project ACES scrapped development of the continuity of Planet Strangereal, this book is on the top position of their "wanted list".
