I always wondered what the Muv-Luv series was about, but after seeing the Awesome Hentai Doujins I decided I didn't care because it certainly couldn't compare to THIS.

The Total Eclipse anime didn't "stop halfway through the game". TE is based on a light novel series that ends on a cliffhanger or something, and the VN was released some time after (after the anime ended I think) to continue the story.

Dude, you MUST play Muv-Luv, not doing so is a huge disservice because of how great a story it is
