Yup, totally feels like "girl with a dark past - fucked with someone else (or multiple "someones") a long time ago and for a long time because protag was too late to confess" card will be played again. If the guy says "I loved you since a long time ago" long after confessing and the girl is this shocked to hear that, then it means a long time ago something she wishes wouldn't have happened probably did. It could always be a simple case of girl having inferiority complex about her sexuality but knowing YN', things never are that simple, especially if it ain't a one-shot.

And obviously Setsuna isn't a virgin, coz if a girl is, in her (?) works Yuzuki N' usually ensures that detail IS unambiguously confirmed like in here: /g-hentai/?s=372ecff457/578566-26

Though it's too much to expect pregnancy just yet IMO.

Actually I know the exact meaning of what the female protagonist said and her feeling
but it is difficult to express the nuance well. Notice in Japanese the tense system of
verb is different to English, in the second line Setsuna was probably saying in a pluperfect,
and also she used an emphasized word. Coupled with the phiz of her and the comment
sentence out of the call-out, it seems like having a dark past.

Always like Yuzuki N Dash that she is. I can't wait for the Mujin 2013-09...
