The card, and Fujou's costume, come from Cat's Eye, an old series about three thief sisters leaving these cards as proof of a successful heist and using them as "weapons", IIRC. It's an iconic series, mostly remembered by the three main heroines (or at least, that's wht I remember the most :P)
