@GuroLover12: I'm quite sure it's supposed to be a character cosplaying as Mami. If I had to bet, I'd say it's Miyako, from Hidamari Sketch.

Nah, it's common knowledge that Aoki Ume designed both. That was one of the main draws to it more than half a year before it aired, that she was doing the designs.

Now, the real fun fact is that Urobuchi actually used Hidamari's cast in the early drafts...
