Let me give you some inside source about this series.

1. Artist name is EdenHunter. He'd drawn three pieces of LoL doujinshi.
2. Journal of Annie wasn't officially released because of children censorship. It was briefly on Pixiv, now is gone.
3. Journal of Riven and Lux were sold in Korean comic market for a short period. Now there's no way to get additional hard copies.

For now there's no full gallery on the web, since there were only few buyers and none of them are bold enough to scan the pages. You can read Journal of Riven on his website (above link is identical to those images in his website), but it's only partial.

I don't think the artist is going to take down this gallery because:

1. There's no fully scanned gallery anyway.
2. It's been a while since the doujinshi was released, maybe he doesn't care about this project anymore.

Reason why I said he's strict about copyright is:

1. The artist only made few copies to prevent piracy.
2. He sold it privately and did it for only a short period.

He was very careful to keep his work from being pirated. He chose to earn a more penny than to make his work popular.

I find it funny that anyone would be paranoid about copyright when the material their thing is based off of is someone else's idea (ie he doesn't own League of Legends; someone else does).

The art work is pleasing but... Garen got bit on his right shoulder and clawed on his left by Rengar yet he is only bandaged on the left. I'm unsure if they addressed this in the dialogue but its a major miss.
