Are you sure she wasn't just making an excuse to have sex with the director because she secretly fell in love with him? Meh, who knows. But there are a few things that I'm sure of. The plot is actually pretty decent: there are funny moments and thanks to the part where he can "talk" to animals. I gave the art and sex scenes a "very good" rating.

Artists tend to leave part of their work unfinished (sketchy/rough) when they run too close to their deadline, I think that was the case here. The only other possible case I can think of is that the artist simply overlooked it seeing as how the rest of the doujin is completely fine. Either way I'm sure that that panel wasn't how the artist intended it to be.

@tentacle-man61, I've noticed that recently artists tend to do stuff like this in manga and anime, whenever there's bars or something obstructing the face of a character like say seeing glasses from the side or cage bars here, they'll just kind of leave like a "hole" where you can see through but presumably it's still there, just transparent.
