Che sfiga pero che né "storie di bambole", né "japan x" né "erotic japan" siano legali, visto che in Italia è severamente vietato pubblicare doujinshi... A quanto pare queste testate hanno spesso dovuto chiudere perchè venivano "beccati" senza licenze.

I don't know the copyright laws of Rome, but I'm sure they never got permission to sell this. The companies that do own the characters to the anime won't allow such thing in the first place. Plus they probably also never got permission from the doujin authors to put their work in a magazine to be sold.

Btw, this shouldn't really have a western tag since all these are Japanese doujins made in japan.

jezz just because the magazine is from italy does not mean the artist are also from the same country... people have some rules for this.

Non è che sia vietato pubblicare doujinshi in se. È proprio il fatto che ne fanno un uso commerciale senza autorizzazione degli autori del doujinshi stesso (la parodia è permessa, ma in proposito sulle parodie erotiche non so qual'è la giurisprudenza).

Il problema principale però è che la casa editrice - che cambiava nome ogni tre mesi - era tutt'altro che seria.

PS ma credo che li stampano ancora o almeno io li vedo ancora in edicola.

What people seem to forget is that parody doujinshi aren't exactly legal in Japan either, they're just overlooked because the general populous of Japan is able to tell the difference between a fanwork and actual merchandise. If the threat of the fanwork becoming more popular than the actual manga/anime or whatever arises, or it seems like the fanwork is damaging the brand name, a company very well may likely take action.

While on the one hand I'm glad people are standing up for doujin artists in the comments, let's not forget what sort of site we're on- a repository for pirated materials. Yes the pirated materials aren't exactly copyright friendly in the first place, but nonetheless...
