This is the first time I've ever seen something only partially translated, to this extent, and pushed out as a final product. If you're not going to finish it, turf to to someone else, if you can't finish it now, put it aside for later, you never, ever release a final product that isn't finished. And, to be clear, if you are posting it here, that means it is a final product (excluding ongoing manga translations with chapters that will be added later), this is NOT the place for a "work in progress".
As has already been said, this is a fantastic manga, and it deserves better than this.
