As far as I concern, someone tag or petition galleries wrongly or maliciously, no matter they're intentional or not. An evidence is I once uploaded a set of comicbook about Resident Evil, it was immediately tagged as "prohibited content", later someone pointed out it contains no prohibited content, so someone other tagged it as "duplicate", despite nobody could provide where the original upload is.

I won't complain Nintendo Power for being non-h. I won't complain on anything which had been uploaded to this site.
