This shoudlnt be tagged as NTR. Sure they are not the canon couple, but she is a potential love interest and loves the guy. This is why doujins exist to begin with, with the IF stories and couplings. It would be a different matter if Asuna is shown in the doujin and Suguha NTRed Kirito in front of her or something.
