Actually there are 2 sets from Makura no Doushi that are missing here : SOX-DQ (as Mangiff said), and SOX-KOF. I have bought both of them from Dlsite but I can't rip the pictures since they come in .dlst format (their protection system which prevents screencaps, video recording and virtual machines).
If the uploader can share the method that allowed him to bypass the protection (in PM if you don't want to make it public), I'll upload them ASAP.

Also, on an unrelated note, the textless versions of pics 087 (11b.jpg) and 200 (23b.jpg) are missing, and there are several doublons. Maybe something went a little wrong with the extraction?
