That epilogue is new... I think I understand this much, but if someone would be so kind as to confirm, it would be appreciated. So the girls from Exhibitionist Girl's Diary are the daughters of the two main girls from the Exhibitionist Girl's Play. And it takes place 20 years after the first series. The two dark haired ones (Kaname and Aoi)are Mishima Hikaru's daughters, and she kept her surname and passed it onto them. The last one (Tsuburaya Izumi) is probably Akira's daughter with Madoka, as she has his family name, unless there's a curve ball in there and Akira somehow ended up with Madoka's older brother. Possibly all three are Madoka's daughters?

I'm pretty sure I'd have to read this series from the beginning to fully understand what went on it.
