I watched 2nd season and I didn't notice any Nanami romantic interest in Cinque, she looks for me rather as bro rival than love interest as I see it in her actions, the only person Nanami seems interested is Leon if any, ending hinted at that too.

Like I said I didn't watch season 1(cause I can't endure harem shows, and knowing that there will be some new female protags in season 2, I started watching from that point, but in the end it was a bit of waste to watch it), so if Nanami indeed wanted to make out with Cinque in a romantic sense at the end of season one, then ok you're right.
But in season 2 I didn't see any moments where it would be like that, so from there I assumed she's more like a good buddy material than another Cinque love interest like Milhi or Becky.
