It's taken me a while to understand what am I looking at in the first image.

It could have been a monster growing out of that vag, it could have been an overblown dog face eating her out, but maybe it's Makoto's hand, coming from above that girl's body, not casting any shadow on her skin.

Everyone here, do yourself a favor and look for animated GIFs or movie compilations, and stay the hell away from screen captures. Better yet, buy the game. It's been translated and it's uncensored.

Just to let you guys know, the uncensor of this game appears to have been done extremely unevenly. Some of the uncensored scenes... they weren't even trying to make it look acceptable, they'd have been better off with keeping the pixellation.

The ones here are much better quality than others in the same game

Edit: Holo, I suggest you go educate yourself before derepping. I didn't say the game was bad, I said that some of the decensoring was done extremely sloppily elsewhere in the game. If you had bothered to play the full game you'd know that. Negrepping out of your own personal ignorance is rude.
