While the work is rightfully yours, I'd imagine people are rating your gallery down because they don't enjoy being treated as thieves; and having watermarks/advertisements plastered all over the gallery. Just reiterating: the work is yours, but the contents of the gallery are being rated down - not your actions.

Regardless, the rating system isn't a good indication of quality. 20 ratings out of 1000 views isn't a good sample size. This gallery isn't particularly my fetish, but I think your work is good and you shouldn't let a few bad apples/setbacks stop you.
