@Palaxius that still wouldn't make it incest, though. Stepfamily and "like a sibling to me" scenarios can emulate it but will never be the real thing. Because they're not related by blood. Blood relations are the grounds for incest, no exceptions. Of course families wouldn't encourage stepsiblings to screw each other, because you don't fuck a non-spouse you consider family, but that still doesn't make it incest, which is all about the genetic aspect. And any time this issue has popped up in a 100% stepfamily story the incest tag has been fervently downvoted.

Well, I haven't read the story yet, but it depends on their relationship to use stepsister or sister in law. Stepsister/brother is used when your parents remarry and bring along their kid, who then becomes your stepsister/brother. If you were to marry someone and they have siblings, then those siblings become your sister/brother in law along with the rest of the spouse's family (fater/mother/etc in law).
