Seriously though, it's a very good book, I haven't seen one with so well presented main muscle groups anywhere.

Well within the average first-year college art student levels.

Basic proportions and form study.
Bone structure(might not be first-year, but definitely close)
Simple muscle classification.
Basic muscles. (Only the major groups are named. Particularly the ones with visible prescence from viewing a normal figure)
Anime figure proportions vary per style of art, though.

Love the effort put into helping beginners, though.
