Wow, this one was really interesting to read anyway. If Kiritsugu was really alive, then this would've happen. Connecting F/Z to F/SN. Of course, it could be that the author wanted to bring him into his perspective.

Cute little story, I hope there's a sequel, since this is a really nice concept...
I'm not sure what's sadder from the end of Fate/Zero, Kiritsugu being unable to see Illya, leading to her hating him and Shirou, or Kariya utterly failing in his desperate attempt to save Sakura from his family.
