If it's the latter I'm glad that they didn't incorporate the NTR aspect in the real thing.

EDIT: Just realized that this was suppose to be a pilot, and the artwork is more akin to Gunma's earlier stuff a good deal of time before he released Mai Favourite. That and I have no idea who Bou-chama is. I think I can safely declare this as non-canon.

I see. It's funny that in Mai Favourite Gunma referenced the second chapter of the pilot in a nightmare sequence. Although what's interesting about this "pilot" is that Mai is already an exclusive maid, and the male MC is never referenced to as Shoutarou (his personality is a little different too, as he's clearly disturbed by the mere thought of Mai fucking other guys, whereas here he's pretty encouraging).
