The artist's art is great. But I think the writing and plots speak so much for this book and the artist than his actual art. At first, superficial glance, the design of the girls is...a bit scary, a bit too realistic. (Compare to Monmusu Quest, which has very cute designs on average.) Each scene starts off fairly darkly (although the first scene's 'I agree' made me chuckle), the girls clearly in control and only there for business.

But then the character starts to bleed through the sex. The first scene *oozes* passion. There's even a touching exchange about the moment ending (then fangs), but it's not death, but maintaining the scene.

The second scene against starts out as a simple 'monster girl needs semen' story, even with her raping a guy terrified of her, but then plot twist. A moment rarely seen in *vanilla* porn, let alone aftermath of monster girl reverse rape porn. We get the last panel of her tears and her fangs, reinforcing that she's a monster, but she's also a girl (woman). Which is she more of? (Latter.)

The third scene...well, it starts off normal, as they all do. Then the princess shows up. She doesn't say a word, but she's so fuckin' adorable despite her monstrous appearance that we can't help but envy the protagonist. Even the birthing/egg laying scene (which I read while eating) speaks volumes of the still pretty recent connection between the two even though he's a slave.

This is good not because the artist is great. But rather there's a perfect blend of horror (or at least their 'somewhat grotesque at first glance' monster-ness), sex and character to make this fascinating. These monster girls are probably more human than most people I think.

...at least that's what I think.
