@gaiablade: yeah, pg. 18 had a really shitty translation (though, after fapping to the raw so many times while having a decent grasp of the language, I can say that the translation for the whole book's pretty off, but that page takes the cake). Not only that, but whoever did the editing apparently got confused and thought the panels went in the standard order, rather than following the arrows. Here's what it really says.

Makoto: "I... want to go out with you, Sekai."
Makoto: "Sekai's the one who's easier to get along with, after all."
Makoto: "I can just be myself, I guess..."
Sekai: "Hold up! First of all... shouldn't you do something about that?"

Makoto: "I love you, Sekai!"
Sekai: ("Is she glaring at me!?")
Sekai: "But Makoto, aren't you Katsura-san's boyfriend?"
