I'm pondering whether it would have been selfcest/masturbation or selfcest/incest had they actually did it. On one hand they were once the same person, and pretty much of the same mind and soul so it would have probably been more of a masturbation. On the other hand though, Female kyon has changed, not much, but he has subtly become more feminine as he became a girl. And the dna was probably changed ever so slightly so a child born from both would pretty much be a clone only it would be even closer genetically to each than they are themselves. So overall I would conclude that kyon screwing his female version would be pretty much incest. The genetic difference between the two is probably a lot smaller than even that of a family member.
