Eh, this is pretty weak for an NTR story and for a Friends story.

Characters are barely recognizable, besides there names one would never know this has anything to do with friends.

The "Master" we know literally nothing about and the whole "hypnosis" thing is way too abstract, what is the medium he is using? Is it an object? a key word? It seems more like psychokinesis then anything since he can freeze people with no setup or key word.

A good NTR needs to be remotely tangent to the story to really create that sense of it could actually happen. With harem series especially if you don't get all the girls, especially the most favorite one (Sena) then people won't rage well.

A good NTR story for this gal would be:
10 years prior when she was going to see him dressed as a girl before he left town she gets captured by a molester and blackmailed/threaten into a sex slave. Fast forward 10 years and the story goes on as normal but the dark side of it is the molester with the help of Yozora begins to make the other girls of the club into sex slaves as well behind Kosada's back.

I think that would make a much more interesting series.
