i highly doubt that it follows the UBW route...perhaps the Heaven's Feel route ?
the art is very good but the story is not (individual opinion). For those that enjoy reading ntr without questioning their own state of mind and so on the story is perhaps as good as the art....
just went through all the chapters again and i can say with the outmost confidence that this is based on the Heavens Feel route/scenario. in the first chapter you can see Sakura use sorcery and she only does that in Heavens Feel (she's the "main" heroine in that route) in the other two she's pretty close to non-existant and there's nothing in those two that hints at her being a master.
....still the story doesn't really make much sense....Rin would never agree to something like that and she could easily blast them seven ways to hell...threatening to hurt those close to her would obviously never work either...after all in the final day/days Shirou develops some serious badass skills especially in UBW where he is able to defeat both Archer and Gilgamesh two of the strongest servants in the fifth grail war. he's probably able to kill or at least stand on equal ground with most of the Dead apostles too...and considering that it is Rin that is Sabers master here and supplys her with mana, Saber is able too fight without conserving her strength, which means that if anyone picks a fight with her it would turn into a one-sided massacre
