Euphoria by CLOCKUP. Definitely not for the average hentai viewer. But if you're looking for something that'll shock and surprise you, this is probably right up your alley. What Bible Black did to me when I saw it as a teenager, this did to me again a decade later.

I would really like a translation for the game in general. It seems to explore a lot of dark themes such as withstanding great pain for something greater, and touches on concepts of Heaven and Hell with each route. This is as far as I recall, the complete CG set found throughout the game and it will disturb you just as it disturbed and shocked me.
