as villain he still got some honor and a man of his word. he can forcefully break her and steal her away completely but asakura not do it, he kept promise about "trainning" for 7 day and let her go. unlike other ntr's stealler that always take the girl away no matter what. so i cant make my heart to hate him completly

People seem to judge Ryuuta pretty harshly. I agree that he's pretty naive, but he truly cares about Rei. While it's possible Asakura cares about her as well, he doesn't really seem to show it. If the story continues, hopefully he'll reconcile with his sister and Rei and Ryuuta will be able to enjoy their relationship.
