While there is no transformation as in most Gender Bender, I do believe this one classifies as Gender Bender as we understand Naoto to of been raised male, and Nao to of been raised female - yet both have the same body, and together they switch clothes, switch roles, and discover happiness of the "opposite" sex. That to me, is Gender Bender. Not always a physical alteration, but always a psychological one.
