As for the artwork, it's fairly sub-standard, but I guess if you like latex art you could do a hell of a lot worse...

the ones with the air pumps on them are ones that start out small then are inflated to fill their mouths. Makes it easier for the gag to completely silence the subject and keep them quiet.
