No it isn't razehell, it's actually a incredibly shitty scam site.

There are several fantastic image archives out there (e-hentai is the best doujin/manga archive, but it's really not that individual image oriented) like P*xiv, D*nbooru/Gelb**ru, etc... but toons-empire is not one of them.
It takes images that are free on the vastly bigger, infinitely better creator sites like P*xiv and (sigh) Diviant*rt, blog image aggregators like D*nbooru, or gallery sites like e-hentai and charges you for them, or commissions shitty artists to draw some doodles.
Did you get that? they take shit that's already out there and free and charges you for them, with a few of their own house doodles thrown in so they can pretend they're original content.
And as far as scam sites go, they don't even host that many images.

@errata: So I make a simple human mistake of a duplicated image and I'm lazy? I have nearly 300 galleries and how many do you have? Exactly. I appreciate being pointed to dupes, but calling me lazy isn't warranted, especially if I could argue that're you're lazy for not providing anything. I know this is small, but it really gets under my skin that you would say it's "kinda lazy" for a simple oversight that happens often on this site.
