Why does the text feels like its made by an AI or google translate?

It feels disjointed and it isnt clear whenever a part is a grammar error, someone else narrates but isnt clear who. The art is great and i can understand the story aswell but i cant shake of this fake feel from it.

From my observations, the trainer has a hard on and is about to get attacked but Cinderace accidentally gets poked in her love spot by it. They have a chat and oops "please take responsibility". From there, actions play out. Not a SINGLE instance of resistance against any sexual advances of the like. If anything, the trainer is encouraging it with "where did you learn this" kinda discussion. That's not a thing that someone who doesn't want it or is trying to communicate "no" to someone would say.
