I translated this a while back, but then I forgot all about it, so here it is lol. This was translated from the Fanbox version. I was planning on uploading my shitty scans originally since I own Otoko Matsuri vol 20, which comes with this, but I'm actually glad we got a digital release as well.

I wanted to add a little special font for the monster, since that's kinda how it was in the raws as well, so I hope it's not too annoying to read.
