@VeraMamire from what I remember, She wants to transfer her brain to a mechanical copy of herself (I guess for immortality). The company she does it with (who was also hired by the man in the last page) secretly puts an AI in the real body. The AI's master woult be set to the man. The AI would also mimic the original while also showing the public that she is in love with the man (in order for the man to get the original's wealth). The original would be sold as a prostitute or be toyed with the man and the AI.
