The Metal Gear series is known for its intricate and perhaps somewhat off-the-wall plot lines, and Quiet is no exception where that's concerned. Following parasite treatment due to previously-sustained injuries, she has to wear as little clothing as possible in order to breathe and drink through her skin. It's a wild concept for sure, but, well...we may as well enjoy the view ;)
