Initially a set from 2021 got a sequel due to a poll on which sets should get a continuation.
Pages 1 to 10 are the only ones without public hair difference.

Why he or she stop make actual manga and now instead making cg-style manga?

@AsyrafFile95 He paused normal Doujins to catch up with his leftover work he has from the Fantia poll's.

Instead of listening to people to pause the Fantia poll's for 1 or 2 months he decided to do his own thing and accumulated so much Fantia polls winners that he doesn't have the time for normal doujins.

Furthermore, 2 Months ago a Family member of his passed away which further delayed everything.

Currently he is on a good way to catch up, so I guess we may see him back at usual Doujin making next summer.
