The gallery is already censored from picture 1. However, he/she usually uses a very discreet form of censorship. As long as you don't zoom in, you can think that many pictures are not censored.
Look at the first picture again, for example, and you will see that he uses a very fine mosaic filter. Also, only what is necessary to not violate the Pixiv Guidelines is censored. And at least I don't know of any case where one of his pictures had to be taken down because of this.
