The impregnation tag requires some proof of impregnation, either the character later being pregnant, a positive pregnancy test, or the ovum-being-fertilized visual. You can't just add the tag whenever the guy tells the girl to be pregnant, or the girl tells the guy to get her pregnant, etc. There needs to be proof of fertilization or of pregnancy.
