I don't know how to read japanese, so perhaps someone who does could correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems this chapter is about a female yandere. She finds the stoptime watch and utilizes it to completely undermine her crush's (who is also her older brother according to DLsite's tags) confidence and independence, to make him dependent on her and her "love"
She undermines him sexually with his girlfriend, publically with the boyband he was part of, as well as gaslit him to make him think he was in love with her, all to destroy his sense of independence and drive him right back at her.

Basically "What if Reverse Flash (of "Remember when you were making out with your girlfriend..." fame) was a woman and yandere (also his sister) for the Flash?

Male: netorare because its tagged "netori" on DLsite, and the sister sucessfully steals her older brother away from his girlfriend.

At the end she discards the stoptime watch, as it had served its purpose for her. And it fell down on the hands of another man...
