Thanks, I was just looking at the tags and "tia halibel" pulled up the same results

Tier Harribel is recognized as the real name, while Tia Halibel is a fan translation. They are spelt the same so it's not like the fan translator could know better until the author confirmed it.
Frustratingly enough, on r34 her name is Tia Harribel. Always gives me 3 seconds of headache when I try to remember which name I need to use to search for her stuff.
