Update: As far as the size goes, the images were extracted directly from the pdf, but the ad pages near the end I had to flatten and save with photoshop. Pages 157, 158, and 160 were layered pages using a combination of multiple jpg and bmp files that totaled just over 33MB for just those three pages. The flattened ones are still about 10MB though... so that really only explains about 20MB of the difference... maybe if I just use photoshop to load and save each page at max quality. I'll try that and repost if it gets the full size.

Update-2: The program I used to rip the images did lower the resolution, so I just used Photoshop to pull them at the full 2480 (previous was 1920) vertical resolution. I must have set the quality too high saving, as it hit 210MB, but better too high and clear than too low and blurry or pixelated in my opinion... that or it's just the loss of the original pdf compression or something.
