The girl is originally a BOY supporting character from a Thai-language comic by MininiwA Niwachan. He is known as "Wannit" or simply known as "Nit", an Eleventh-grader in an all-male school where there is a rule that the students can dress in girl uniforms if they want to. Nit is a friend of the protagonist's younger brother and is in a group of students who look so feminine that they look like girls when wearing girl uniforms.

In the original comic, Nit can be seen to have breasts similar to real girls' ones but I'm not sure if he wears a breast implant or does a boob job. He wants to be female from what I have read before and he seems to be a little bit naughty boy.

And in this short comic by GREEN, this is an alternate version of Nit whose breasts are so huge, obviously bigger than in the original comic. (GREEN already asked permission from MininiwA in case you wonder) You can see Nit has a bulge from other pictures in GREEN's twitter, proving him to be originally a boy.
